Day 1842 (12/01/2015)

A wet Monday, which is a diet day, so started it with a lovely porridge & banana.


Then at lunchtime Kelly went back to Brighton. Missing her lots, it was great to have her home for a couple of weeks.


I went for a swim and steam then off to Bedford tonight.
