Day 2653 (04/04/2017)

Working in the office and back to the gym. I've replaced the exercise bike with the cross trainer as my back still hurts.

 
I bought loads of nuts & fruits, so I had something healthy to munch on rather than having biscuits. 
 
 

Obviously I wont be eating them all in one go, thought they would last a few weeks.
