I was supposed to be having a blood donor session but they cancelled due to staff shortages, so I had to reschedule and go to the the gym, where as my knee was hurting I went for a swim & a steam.
Thankfully my mother-in-law has been found a place in a home, so hopefully my wife should be having an easier life from now on.
