Day 1653 (07/07/2014)

I did some work in the office (although not as much as I needed to do) and went to the gym & for a swim.

The gym was knackering but I tried not to overdo it as there is no need to kill myself but I am trying to make the most of eating less but doing more exercise. I really want to lose lots of weight this year and get fit.

It would be easier if I wasn't so tired the whole time but every afternoon I fall asleep and yawn all day.
