After a bit of a late night doing some work on my computer I had a nice early start, so I could defrost the car in time to get to the training venue.
Have work to do of an evening whilst I'm here, which I never enjoy but has to be done.
Looking forward to a steak or mixed grill tonight. Having a curry tomorrow night.
