A weekend, to relax but with lots to do to be ready for Preston next month.
We had a nice brunch.
In the evening I did some nice pizzas.
I saw my parents on Sunday morning and then home to work and make dinner. I did a nice roast pork, with a fennel, onion, potato carrot & spinach in a creamy & Italian cheese sauce, which was very tasty.
