Back to work and cracking on with the updating of the training material.
As I was giving blood in the afternoon I made sure to have a proper breakfast, with a smoked mackerel & spinach baguette and then a having a Christmas walnut whip for lunch.
Then off to give blood and have a Orange Club biscuit.
Then back home to recover and do more work.
