It's the weekend and it's finally stopped raining. We had a very nice brunch and then time to catch-up on a few reports.
I made a fish pie for dinner, with cod, salmon, prawns and scallops, topped with cheesy mash, served with some asparagus.
It was very tasty.
I made far too much so we had it for dinner on Sunday as well.
