Went for another swim today and aiming to start at the gym next week.
After having watched the whole of Boon and Secret Army on UKTV I am now on to When The Boat Comes In.

More time spent in the office but mostly up to date, so I can take a few days off for my birthday without my business partner having a go at me.
Went for another swim today and aiming to start at the gym next week.
