Day 5097 & 5098 (16 & 17/12/2023)

A busy day, with my wife putting out some decoration before going out on her Christmas Do at Oake Manor Golf Club. 

I was at home with the kids and did meat balls for dinner.

With pork sausage meatballs for me :-)

When I picked my wife up after her do, she was actually complaining about being too warm. Normally when I pick her up from her Christmas Do it is freezing but tonight it was actually +10 degree at nearly midnight, which is crazy.

On Sunday me & Lee went to see my parents for breakfast then went home to get ready for Gary & Elaine coming over for an early Christmas dinner. 

A lovely 3 bird roast, gammon joint an pigs in blankets, plus all the usual vegetables and a great and long over-due get together.

Another busy day, with fish & chips in the evening :-)

Busy online and with family stuff, so we are totally unprepared for Christmas :-(

A busy day in the office, then I made a nice moussaka in the evening.

A busy day in the office, with a nice pizza in the evening.

Day 5092 (11/12/2023)

A busy day in the office and then out to the Bath area in the evening to meet up with the boys from the van for our annual get together.  Had some tasty food.

Day 5090 & 5091 (09 & 10/12/2023)

It was up fairly early to tidy up a bit, do some shopping and then pick Tim up, who is visiting Lee.

Made a tasty vodka rigatoni in the evening :-)

It was lovely :-)

Sunday I didn't see my parents but stayed to make the kids breakfast and did myself some nice pancakes, yoghurt & bannana.

Then I picked Tim up to bring him over and made a nice Mexican dinner in the evening.

Another very tasty meal :-)

Day 5089 (08/12/2023)

After making sure the kids (they are grown adults) were fed & watered I drove to Bath, as the trains were cancelled due to flooding,  for a Works Christmas Do at a private members club, so I had to wear a shirt, jacket & tie :-(

The company and the food were both great and I stayed until 6pm, listening to some fun stories.

Then I drove home, in time for dinner :-)
