Day 4586 & 4587 (23 & 24/07/2022)

A weekend, time to relax but loads of work to do.  We had a lovely brunch.

I bought my wife some fresh flowers for the first time this month after not really going shopping due to Covid. 

In the evening I made a very tasty mixed seafood pasta, in a creamy garlic sauce, with a caprice salad and bottle of Kyle Rose Prosecco :-)

Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast after a few weeks gap due to Covid. Then in the afternoon I did some lamb chops and new potatoes for dinner, with lots of herbs & mint from the garden

A fairly nice weekend ait felt great to be back in the kitchen after a few weeks in isolation.
