It's the weekend and time to relax a bit. In the afternoon we had some scones & cream with the lemon curd we bought at Knightshays, which was very nice.
Then I made a nice lasagne in the evening.
With creamed carrots and a large G&T or two, very nice :-)
Sunday we had some very tasty sausage & mash with an onion gravy for dinner :-)
