The day started with a nice healthy (is) breakfast.
After lunch I went to a gym, as I thought it was time I started making an effort again to get into some sort of shape. This one is very much like a large warehouse, with plenty of space and plenty of cleaning stations, so it should be safe.
When I got back to my office there was an email asking if I was interested in going to work in the Middle East for a while, maybe a year or more. I'm not really that keen but it might be interesting to see how much they are paying.
