Day 2810 (08/09/2017)

Today's smoothie but strangely it does not have an overriding taste or colour of strawberries & raspberries but was still quite tasty.

Gym in the afternoon, which killed my stomach muscles, so must be doing some good.

My wife made a lovely curry in the evening.
