Day 6003 (10/06/2026)

I had a few things to do today, so went to the gym and was exhausted by the end, as usual. 

Then as I left I was told, rather embarrassingly that I had been made "Member Of The Month", giving a certificate and had my name put on the board.  

I know I as technically still most peoples "before photo" and my weight loss is really down to the injections, but it was nice that someone un model like was recognised. Possibly giving them the two big fans and a punch bag, which weren't being used and only taking up room in the storage unit, had more to do with this and then saying thanks, but it was appreciated anyway. 

Then I had a meeting with Dave, talking mostly about writing and books, as well as discussing the state of the world / policing and a few ideas for the future. 

Then home to do some work. We finished off the kebab stuff for a late lunch when my wife came home. 

And finished off the pizza for a later dinner.
