We had a lazy morning at the PremierInn (raised a few issues with the manager) then drove out, stopping in Westward / Chav Ho!, for a walk around and some brunch.
My wife went for the Full English, whilst I was more restrained, with a bacon & egg bap.
Then we had a drive to Woolavington, and stopped at the National Trust area, for free parking, had a nice coffee & cake, then had a walk along the coast, before returning to the cafe for a refreshing ice-cream.
Then a drive home, where I made some hot dogs and sweetcorn.
Sunday my wife was back at work, I went to see my parents for breakfast, then in the evening I tried a new Mexican, Huevos Rancheros, which didn't quite work out, along with some halloumi and maceral, to put in wraps, with some home made salsa.
