Day 5999 & 6000 (06 & 07/06/2026)

I was up early Saturday, as someone was coming round to quote for doing some work in the garden, then I was off to the Brewhouse for a writing course, called  How to Plan a Murder, run by a local author, called Jo Middleton.

It was a fun day and got me back into the mood to write, which was the aim.

Plus I had a very nice bagel (New Yorker) for lunch. 

In the evening we had a nice spread of cheese and pate's for dinner. 

Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast, and bought my wife some nice tulips.

Then home to do a few chores and watch the motor racing.  We finished a few things off for starters when my wife came home.

Then in the evening I made a nice lamb for us, and veggi-lamb kofta's for Thomas, kebab things, with some tasty veg and sides.

Very nice, with a chilled shandy.
