Day 5957 & 5958 (25 & 26/04/2026)

It's the weekend, and I had work to catch-up on and then we had a nice brunch.  

We had an early dinner, with some tasty chicken wraps (with veggie chicken for Thomas) and cheesy chips, as my wife was going out with some people from work. 

Very tasty, and much better than the ones from McDonalds. 

On Sunday, I went to see my parents for breakfast, then home, to do some chores, like putting out the flowers I had bought my wife, 

watering the garden,

and making a curry ready for the evening.  I fancied an old-school 1970's style mince beef (veggie) madras.  

I also made a nice saag paneer, which we all like. 

It was all very tasty. 

With a few extra sides, and a nice chilled bottle of cobra.
