We had a nice sleep and had to get up early for breakfast at the hotel.
The breakfast was lovely but I think its true to say we much prefer a nice lie-in and brunch. Anyway after breakfast, we went for a nice walk thru Worthing, and along the beach-front, which was a bit windy.
Then we went into Worthing and ended up at Spun Records, a bar / shop, with a live DJ playing 80's music.
We went for a Thai meal in the evening.
The place was a bit of a dive and although the starters were nice and tasty, the food wasn't great.
I can take hot food and chillies but my meal was so unbearable hot, so I couldn't eat it.
