Work in the office and then a swim at the gym.
Next week I will hit the gym upstairs with a vengeance, going on the bike, cross trainer & weights. This time I'm taking the opportunity of eating less to combine it with lots of exercise then hopefully I can loose lots of weight.
I'm also now going thru the music I managed to copy over from my old computer. I lost loads and others didn't copy over fully, so I've started listening from A and will work my way thru to Z, listening to all of the tracks to see which ones are dead links. This may well take most of the month.
