Day 5746 (26/09/2025)

We had a relaxing start to the day, then off for a nice brunch at the harbour / marina.

Then we went looking at some interesting shops and had a nice coffee & cake. 

Then in the afternoon we had went on a tour of the Plymouth Gin Distillery, which was fun and very full of gin. 

Then off for some lovely fish & chips, with a sobering cup of tea, and starting with the best oysters we've had for a while. 

Day 5745 (25/09/2025)

We were up early and off to Plymouth for a few days.  

We had a lovely bottomless Prosecco Afternoon Tea at Marco Pierre Whites, which was in the Penthouse of the Crown Plaza, overlooking Plymouth Hoe. 

All very lovely. 

Then we had a slow walk back, thru the harbour and collapsed totally stuffed back at the hotel.  

Day 5744 (24/09/2025)

We had an early ish start, as we had to be out of the hotel by 10:30am, then we headed out and had a nice breakfast roll & cup of tea at Bognor Regis.

Then home, where I made a tasty spaghetti bolognaise in the evening. 

Day 5743 (23/09/2025)

We had a relaxing start to the day, and met up with Lee to have brunch at Perch on the Parade. WEith my wife having Eggs & Avo - two poached free -range eggs on seasoned smashed avo sourdough toast, with bacon.

Lee had Sweetcorn Hash - Sweetcorn fritters, halloumi, poached eggs, avo & tomato salsa, hot honey 

I went for a simple bacon bap. 

Then we went off to a gardens to walk around Highdown Gardens, which was nice. 

Then back to Worthing for coffee & cake at Milfey Patisserie, which was really nice.

Then in the evening we went out for a bit of a pub meal, which was nice.
