Still feeling awful but getting better.
Finally got a report written, which I had been trying to finish for over a week. Sometimes certain jobs are too complex or dull to finish, and everything else gets done before it, so its always a massive result when they are finally done and gone.
My wife took my mum out in the afternoon, and then I made a quick but tasty tomato pasta dish in the evening.
