I hate being away from home and my family and in previous years I used to do no more than one a month or two at a push but because things were looking very quiet work wise I did a few presentation and offered courses quite cheaply to some people from councils, who then asked for the courses.
In the afternoon I made time for the gym, which was hard work as I hadn't been all week and was knackered.
Then in the evening we had a Chinese to save the trouble of cooking.
It was lovely.
