My diary of changing things in my life, my size, fitness, the state of my house and life. Not a big task then.

Monday I was up early to do some work, then off to Bristol, on the train, to meet up with some old colleagues, one of whom I hadn't seen since about 1985. We spoke for hours but I forgot to take a picture of us but did take on of my lunch.
Then home to catch-up with work. In the evening I wasn't that hungry, so just had some tea & toast, with jam for dinner.
It was a very windy day in Taunton, not because of the curry but a storm. I did some work first thing, then we had some nice brunch.
We went out in the afternoon to buy a few things and have a coffee and share a cake, then in the evening I made a vodka rigatoni.
My back felt a bit better but I had the appointment, so still went and I'm glad I did, as I always feel better after being manipulated and pulled around by the guys at The Beleveder Centre.
In the evening I made a tasty seafood curry, with a nice saag (spinach) panner.
My back is still hurt :-( but I was able to get an appointment with the chiropractor tomorrow.
Did some work during the day and had some nice pies & beans in the evening.
October already.
Somehow I managed to hurt my back, just sat at my office chair :-( but still managed to go to the gym.
And then make dinner, chicken burger, with rosemary & parmesan fries, onion rings and salad, very tasty.
A fairly early start today, as I had to be up to open the side gate as the scaffolding was finally being taken down. They turned up early and thankfully were soon finished, although they then sat outside for an hour, killing time.
We had a nice brunch.
Back to work, entering another busy period, having to update all of the material for the University.
In the evening we had a nice jacket potato with the left over bolognaise.
Another nice night at the hotel, then off, stopping for brunch on the way home, via Cotehele, a National Trust place we hadn't visited before.
