Monday I was up early to do some work, then off to Bristol, on the train, to meet up with some old colleagues, one of whom I hadn't seen since about 1985. We spoke for hours but I forgot to take a picture of us but did take on of my lunch.
Then home to catch-up with work. In the evening I wasn't that hungry, so just had some tea & toast, with jam for dinner.
