I was up very early as my sleep apnoea machine was being very noisy, so I was off to the gym shortly after 7am, where it was nice and cool.
Then home to do some work and for brunch.
Then I stayed to do some work, whilst my wife & Thomas went our for a walk.
My wife and Thomas got back, exhausted, so whilst they freshened up, I made dinner, doing some pizza's, which we eat in front of the telly, watching more Ferry.
