Day 6062 & 6063 (08 & 09/08/2026)

The weekend and I was up doing some work, then we went off to Exeter to pick up our new car. 

Had a nice hot chocolate & biscuits whilst we did the paperwork. 

Then home in the new EV. 

And back to work in my office. 

In the evening I made a nice pea risotto, with stuff in the house and it was not too bad (it was lovely). 

With a lovely chilled glass of fizz.

Sunday morning I bought my wife some fresh flowers, and saw my parents for breakfast and did a few chores before making a nice roast pork, which was laid on a bed of lentils, with veggi lardons & spinach, with some honey roast carrots. 

Using the new chopper. 

With salmon for Thomas. 

And our very tasty roast pork. 

With a nice chilled glass of fizz. 

And some cheese & biscuits for supper (with the cheese from the Taunton Flower Show).
