The weekend and time to relax, still full of a cold. We had a nice brunch.
As Thomas was away with some friends at Centre Parcs for the weekend, I made a nice meaty sausage pasta thing in the evening, with loads of peppers and fennel seeds.
On Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast, then when my wife came home, made a tasty roast dinner, with pork chops and a nice cheesy cauliflower, broccoli and leak dish.
