Day 5684 & 5685 (26 & 27/07/2025)

we were up early, getting ready and off to Worthing for the weekend. We stopped off for a pit-stop in Salisbury.

We got to Worthing about 5, and were able to park opposite the hotel, which was handy.  The Hotel, The Ardington, seems very nice, and we had a lovely room, opposite the green, we had a nice choice of drinks & biscuits, although the bed was a bit small.

After we freshened up we meet up with Lee for a drink.

I had a nice lemon iced tea. 

Then we went out for an Italian, with the best ever garlic doughballs. 

It was all lovely but I didn't really feel like it. 

Then we watched fireworks on beach, which were lovely. 

On Sunday, it was my birthday, and we had a lovely morning and breakfast at the hotel. 

Then we met up with Lee and went to the American Car show on the green, then a drink on the pier. 

And an ice-cream on the sea-front.

Then after a short break at the hotel to rest & freshen up, we had a lovely Mexican in the evening. 

Then back to the hotel, with a birthday cake.
