I was ill numerous times during the night, so felt as if I had been given a real kicking when I woke up. Again spent most of the day in bed. I got up for a few hours in the afternoon / evening, just for a change of scene, and laid on the couch.
Funny if I was doing a diet, just having water for a day or two, or even just some dry toast, would be difficult, but when you are ill it is surprising easily, as I have really not felt like anything, as I know it wouldn't stay in me for too long.
I contact the people about the training next week to cancel it, as there was no way I was going to feel up to it, let along have the presentations completed.
I had a shower, as I needed to feel cleaner but it was exhausting, and took ages to recover from.
On Sunday I felt better, so had some dried toast and watched the F1. In the evening had a bit of cheesy mash, which was lovely.
Truly not the weekend I had planned or imagined.
