Time for a nice relaxing weekend, with a lovely brunch.
In the evening I made a spinach & ricotta cannelloni tonight (under the line of tomato’s it’s mushroom & tomato cannelloni, just use the rest of the pasta sheets and to fill up the pan), with a nice salad & bread and with a large G&T.
My parents managed to get back incident free from their holiday, which was a big relief. I popped over to see them in the morning, taking them some shopping and a spaghetti bolognaise I had made them.
We finished the leftover cannelloni for dinner.
