The weekend started with a nice brunch.
I had some work to do but was able to relax a bit. I made a tasty starters of goats cheese & balsamic vinegar bruschetta, followed by a vegi sausage & gnocchi in a tomato sauce, washed down with a very nice raspberry & rhubarb gin.
And got some nice afters for Thomas.
Then later I cocked it in the bbq, along with some Mediterranean vegetables, and I did some cuscus.
Quite tasty :-)
