Day 5262 (29/05/2024)

Work & gym, where I had to use the cross-trainer, as my usual machines were being used, so I was exhausted for the rest of the day. 



We had pizza & salad for dinner.



Day 5261 (28/05/2024)

Back to work and back to the gym.



We had a very disappointingly squashed pizza delivery in the afternoon, so I had to complain and we should get a free pizza next week to make up for it.




Then online in the evening.



Day 5260 (27/05/2024)

Bank Holiday and my wife was off, so we had a relaxing day, with a lovely brunch.



Then we finished off the curry in the evening. 





Day 5258 & 5259 (25 & 26/05/2024)

The weekend, with time to relax, starting with a lovely omelette for brunch.



Spent some time in the garden in the afternoon and ordered a nice curry in the evening.





Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast, then home to do some work and make a nice roast chicken dinner. 





And inspired by another Instagram Reel, I made a Clementine Sorbet for afters, easy, refreshing & tasty.










Day 5257 (24/05/2024)

Busy at work, so no gym, doing an online presentation in the afternoon.


In the evening I did salmon in teriyaki sauce, with noodles & stir fry vegetables, with a few nibbles and a nice G&T.







All very tasty.

Busy in the office and back to the gym.

Started the day with a nice brunch.



It made a nice change from the fruit I 'm having everyday, so no milky cereals or biscuits fora week now :-(

Day 5253 (20/05/2024)

Back to work and back to the gym.





Day 5251 & 5252 (18 & 19/05/2024)

It's the weekend but it was raining, so no cutting the grass and tidying the garden today but we had a nice brunch.



Since coming back from our holiday I have been eating fruit everyday, not had any biscuits and  have been cutting down on milk & bread, I hope i can keep it up as it might actually work. For our afternoon tea I was still on the green tea and only had lemon curd on my scone, no cream, so trying to be good.



In the evening I made mushrooms in a garlic, tarragon & cream sauce with rice, and a goats cheese & beetroot salad, all very tasty.










On Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast and then home to cut the grass and tidy the garden in the sunny weather. Then I made a lovely salad for dinner.


Then inspired by a Instagram Reel I made an unbelievably tasty pistachio ice-cream. Which was so easy, just soaked the pistachios in water, then drained them and added vegan Greek yoghurt & honey, all blitzed together and then frozen, with crushed pistachios on the top for serving.
