The day started in a relaxing way, with a lovely brunch.
Then I started to tidy the garden but it started pouring with rain, so I never got to actually jet wash the patio.
In the evening, inspired by an Instagram reel, I made an aubergine with tomato & parmesan meal, which was tasty but so much more messy than what I was aiming for, which I put down to the very small aubergines they had at Tesco's today.
