It was an early morning with a few things to do then off to Cardiff, thru awful traffic to have a lovely family day.
It was so lovely to see all of these people, I really wish we made more time to see family & friends but we so rarely have free time.
On Sunday I saw my parents, then home to water the garden. Then in the afternoon I made roast pork, with potato al forno, with potato, fennel, onion & carrots, with garlicy creamy parmesan and some spinach.
Very tasty.
