Day 4985 & 4986 (26 & 27/08/2023)

It's the weekend, with slightly dodgy weather. We had a nice breakfast in the morning.

Then in the evening I did a pasta dish for dinner, with a mixed seafood in a white wine & cream sauce for us and a mushroom vegi option for Thomas, both very tasty :-)

I also made another old school pudding this week, so we had a chocolate sponge, with pink icing with hundred & thousands, served with hot custard, pink custard for me :-)

  

On Sunday I saw my parents, did some overdue work and had a bit of a pastry day. Made some tasty spinach & ricotta pastry parcels

And some potato with cheese & onion parcels.

Ten had some with salad for dinner.
