Busy at work then off to the shops to buy some supplies to make a nice dinner. Then in the evening I made some salmon en-croute, with spinach & cream cheese with herbs, lemon & spring onions, with new potatoes and asparagus, with a hollandaise sauce, all very tasty.
I also made a tasty bread & butter pudding.
