I made a slightly scruffy sausage, mushroom & spinach omelette for breakfast.
Then in the evening I made a Pork Chop with Prosciutto and Sage, with Lemon Garlic Salad and the leftover Portobella mushrooms from last night, very tasty.
My diary of changing things in my life, my size, fitness, the state of my house and life. Not a big task then.
