It is a sunny & dry Bank Holiday.

These healthy breakfasts are very nice :-)

In the afternoon we went to see some of my wife's family and I had a unhealthy (it wasn't really) vegetarian chilli, I didn't eat all of the rice as I was still trying to be good but I may have had some cake :-)
