Then off to the gym, where this weeks routine is now 5 minutes on the cross-trainer and then reps of 20, 15, 10 & 5 on some weight machines and sit-ups (which was knackering), then another 5 minutes on the cross-trainer and another round on the weight before a few minutes on the punchbag.
Totally knackering.
In the evening we had some more of my wifes lovely ice-cream.
