I was up early (ish) to send some emails and then go off to Bristol for a meeting with some old friends who are going to be doing some training for us. I had met them before but today was to introduce them to the Director of Training and to actually talk about the structure of courses etc.
We had one meeting the morning and one after lunch, so had lunch at the hotel we were meeting at, which was quite nice.
I then drove home and went straight to the gym for a swim before going home for dinner and to catch up on my work.
Another late night.
