York is an old and interesting place.
The training was in the council building, which appears to be an old railway shed / hanger.
All the rooms are named after local people from history and we were opposite the Guy Fawkes room.
How many countries would celebrate such a local hero.
There was a very nice lunch provided.
With a nice selection of cakes.
There were a few people on the course staying in local hotels, so in the evening we met up and went out for a curry.
