A very wet day in Taunton, then busy with family things.

Another day in the office and at the gym.

And in the garden.

 

Then in the evening I thru together a quick cheesy tune pasta.

And another busy day in the office and at the gym.

Had a visitor so I made a vodka rigatoni, which was really nice.

Day 4939 (11/07/2023)

Yet another busy day at work and at the gym.

I keep trying to retire but keep getting talked into staying at work but one day I will definately be able to relax and do what I want, which would be very little, apart from cooking & eating and trying to write my books.

Day 4938 (10/07/2023)

A busy day at work and at the gym, where I have added a bit more to my daily routine. 

Then took Thomas back.

Day 4936 & 4937 (08 & 09/07/2023)

It's the weekend and the weather is very changeable, with frequent heavy rain, so no gardening this week. We had a very nice brunch.

And in the evening made a lovely dinner.

Sunday I was busy with work so cheated a bit with dinner but it was very tasty, with a cheesy mash with Dijon mustard :-)

Day 4935 (07/07/2023)

A busy morning, logged on to several sites making sure I got tickets for Holly Johnson :-)

Then work and the gym.

We dropped Thomas off at the cricket then went to see my parents as Aunty Carol was visiting, then home for fish & chips :-)

Day 4934 (06/07/2023)

A busy doing some work, then off to Dorchester to pick up Thomas. We had a little wait for Thomas's train so had time for a relaxing Costa. 

Thomas had go his excellent result from University, so when got home we celebrated with some nice pizzas. 

And even had some very tasty cannoli. 

Day 4933 (05/07/2023)

A busy day in the office and elsewhere, so no gym today :-)

It was a day of going to the Doctors for a blood test, then going to the tip, then getting the car washed & refuel, then off to Exeter to pick up some stuff.

Then home to do some work.

Had a nice brunch, then work and the gym.

Back to work & back at the gym.

Got a new printer, not that I print that much.

Had a nice diner in the evening.

Day 4929 & 30 (01 & 02/07/2023)

It's July & the weekend.

We spent the afternoon tidying the garden and started to plant a few things.

Then in the evening I made dinner of chicken thighs with rice and some mixed veg, the rice wasn’t quite right but it was all very tasty,

On Sunday I saw my parents in the morning, did some work in the afternoon and then when my wife came home I made a very tasty roast pork dinner, with a potato al forno, with potatoes, fennel, onion, carrots, with cream & Parmesan, with some spinach & apple sauce, all very nice :-)
