Day 3487 (17/07/2019)

It was a bloody early start to go to Dublin.

Got to Dublin and the weather was cool & wet, which was a pleasant change after the heat of Taunton. Then I had to pick up my hire car and rive across Dublin to do a days training, which wasn't a great success. 

Then in the evening I had a long drive to Galway to a hotel, where i arrived in time to order room service.

Then I fell asleep.

Day 3486 (16/07/2019)

It is Thomas's 25th, what a nice chap he has grown up to be, really proud.

We had a nice bacon roll breakfast.

Then a very tasty birthday lunch at Wildwood.

Then tea & birthday cake with my parents.
 

   

 

Quite a nice day.

Day 3485 (15/07/2019)

A busy day getting things done before going to Ireland for a few days.

Day 3483 & 3484 (13 & 14/07/2019)

Weekend with lots of work to do but decided to try and relax instead.

Spent sometime on Saturday tidying my garden.

I Had to re-pot the sunflowers, which had outgrown their pots in only 2 weeks.

Did a tasty duck in a plum sauce for dinner, with noddles & a stir fry :-)

 

Did a nice salad again on Sunday.

Day 3482 (12/07/2019)

Starting to feel a lot better.

Really fancied proper Fish & Chips in the evening, so that's what we had :-)

Still feel like crap but have so much work to do :-(

Back to work but still feeling like crap.

Day 3479 (09/07/2019)

Still feeling ill and unable to work but managed to go for an overdue haircut.

 

Day 3478 (08/07/2019)

Back to work but feeling awful due to the cut on my leg, which seems to have given me a nasty infection, making me feel very unwell so I visited the Doctors and was given antibiotics.

Slight issues at work in the evening, so feeling a bit happier having made the decision to move on with my new enterprise and will start to leave my old to others to run as its no longer worth the aggravation.

Day 3476 & 3477 (06 & 07/07/2019)

The weekend, with a bit of time to relax but catch-up on work.

My wife added a few more bits to the garden.

We had a bit of a salad come Mexican for dinner.

No fresh flowers for my wife today as last weeks flowers are still looking good.

 Had a bit of a salad for dinner.

And then home made banana ice-cream, made with frozen bananas, yoghurt, peanut butter and salted caramel.

 

 

Day 3475 (05/07/2019)

Last day of the conference and then a very long drive home.

Day 3474 (04/07/2019)

Day two of the conference and we had our input which was very well received.

  

Then there was a nice meal in the evening, which was very nice and I drank a bit too much winner again.

 

 

 

Day 3473 (03/07/2019)

The day started with an underwhelming breakfast.

Then off to the conference, which was a bit too highbrow for me.
 

Quite a nice buffet.

Then there was a drinks reception, where I drank a bit too much and then off wit the others for a bite to eat at a very cheap Turkish place.
