Day 6015 (22/06/2026)

We are both still off for the week but I do have a bit of work to do, pus I have awful tooth ache, but went to the gym, where I was on the board as Member Of The Month.  

It is slightly (very) embarrassing, especially as due to holidays and illness it's probably the least I have been to the gym in a month for awhile. 

Then home for breakfast.

At lunchtime we had the lovely cheesy scones & chutney, which Lee sent me for Fathers Day. 

Then in the evening I made a spinach & ricotta cannellini, which I have not made for quite a while, but it was OK.  

And we had it with the very lovely alcohol free bottle of Kylie fizz, which Thomas had got me for Fathers Day.
