I woke up early, so went into the office to do some things. I'm finding it quite difficult to concentrate on work at the moment, my heart is no longer in it, but I am keen on going to the gym and getting the house sorted, so hopefully that will continue, so fingers crossed I am soon slimer and healthy and we can start getting the house renovated / decorated. I've also booked a writing course, so hopefully that will kick-start my writing again.
Went to the gym in the morning.
Cleared some stuff from the garage & storage unit, hopefully sold the old Lego, which was quite a surprise, as it was easier and more profitable than getting rid of the books.
In the evening I made an Angela Hartnett meal, of sticky sausages, with onion, apple in a honey & wholegrain mustard glaze.
Did it with some roast potatoes, and finished off the buttered sweetcorn.
All very tasty and it turned out much better than when I had made it previously.
