Day 5816 (05/12/2025)

A few things to do in the morning, then we went out  for an early lunch at Sheppy's, with what was called a fish finger sandwich but in reality was a full battered fish, in a tasty toast sandwich.  

Thankfully we had decide to share the sandwich and a cake. 

In the evening I did the Sea Bass, in a shallot, roasted red pepper, tomato sauce with butterbeans, prawns and olives. 

It was really tasty, even better than the last time I made it.
