A very wet & horrible day in Taunton. We had a nice brunch, with bagel, cream cheese & tomato, and then I did some work in the office.
In the evening I did my take on an Angela Hartnett meal, tuna steaks, on a tomato, shallot and butter bean sauce, with added harissa and parsley, all very tasty.
All very nice, with a glass of wine (or two).
