Busy in the office.
I noticed that one of the plants seemed to be a bit waterlogged, so drilled a couple of holes in the pot, and golly, it was full of water.
Hopefully now the plant will recover.
My wife made an unsuccessful attempt at a vegetarian toad in the hole for dinner. It was tasty but the Yorkshire pudding didn't quite cook properly.
Did some work during the day but met up with Dave G for a catch-up and discussed writing & books. In the evening we had some left-overs.
It was an early morning, as I had to take my Dad to a hospital appointment. Then we went to Bridgwater, where we had a quick Costa and laid some flowers on Kim's grave.
In the afternoon I had some blood tests.
Then in the evening we had some pizza's and a nice caprice salad, with our tomatoes.
We had another lovely breakfast at the hotel, then saw Lee for a little while before driving back.
we were up early, getting ready and off to Worthing for the weekend. We stopped off for a pit-stop in Salisbury.
We got to Worthing about 5, and were able to park opposite the hotel, which was handy. The Hotel, The Ardington, seems very nice, and we had a lovely room, opposite the green, we had a nice choice of drinks & biscuits, although the bed was a bit small.
I had a nice lemon iced tea.
