An early start, to get ready for the course, starting the day with some nice breakfast.
I had a chilli for lunch.
It was a full day, so back to the hotel to relax. I stayed in for dinner. I always stay at the same hotel when at the University in Preston and every year there is less on the menu, thankfully they still do the gammon, eggs & chips, with a few extra onion rings and a couple of bottles of Corona, as it seems to end up my meal of choice, as I can’t be bothered to walk outside and go to a restaurant
